Talk about a wild Week 1. In a preview for the final week of the regular season, Shock & Awe FFL saw the start of the season and the first division matchups of the season. With the start of the season and the start of division matchups, some teams rose to the occasion, while others stumbled right out of the gate. With another divisional matchup for Week 2, under performing teams will need to turn it around quick. In Three Packs & A Pat, 100% That Commish took the matchup over Team Pup-N-Suds with a 24.66 point victory. SMILF also won their inaugural matchup against Captain Morgan with 45.04 point win. For the Pats vs Pats division, Ginger Lightning beat Autodraft Bitches by 34.94 and Houston Dinkel beat up on Leknid Lunatics with a resounding 77.84 point victory. Meanwhile, over in Vaxxed & Waxed, Doc Browns Toilet Bowl flushed DINKEL 3.16 by 48.44 points, and The Dictatorship couldn't keep up with Keeping Up with the Jones', losing by 29.94 points.
Some teams have already turned to the waiver wire to bolster weak points on their rosters. Jared Goff, Christian Kirk, Noah Fant, and Juwan Johnson were all targets on the waiver wire this week to help with injuries and underperforming players.
