The quarterfinals are in the books and we now say goodbye to a few more teams who have seen their hopes dashed. 100% That Commish beat Leknid Lunatics by 53.38 points, ending the playoff dreams for another year. 100% That Commish will now face off against Houston Dinkel in the Week 16 semifinals. Also coming out ahead in the quarterfinals was Captain Morgan, who sailed over DINKEL 3.16 with a 97.4 victory. Captain Morgan now sets their sites on the top seed, SMILF. DINKEL 3.16 and Leknid Lunatics will square off in the 5th place game in Week 16.
In the consolation bracket, Autodraft Bitches managed to grab a post season victory over The Dictatorship, winning by 38.18 points. Autodraft Bitches will now face off with Keeping Up with the Jones’ in the consolation semifinals. The other game saw Team Pup-N-Suds lose a nail biter to Ginger Lightning by 6.52 points. Ginger Lightning will now go on to play Doc Browns Toilet Bowl in the other game of the consolation bracket. The Dictatorship and Team Pup-N-Suds will now battle in Week 16 for the 11th place finish.
Stud & Dud - Week 15 (Quarterfinals)
Stud - TE Mark Andrews with 41.6 points for 100% That Commish
Dud - TE Tyler Conklin with 1.7 points for Captain Morgan
Note - TE Travis Kelce (SMILF) and QB Patrick Mahomes (Doc Browns Toilet Bowl) outscored Mark Andrews, but both players were on teams on bye so are not eligible for stud of the week honors.
The brackets have moved on to the semifinal rounds. Like other brackets, the lowest seed will face off against the highest seed, followed by the two middle seeds facing off. So the championship round will see 1 seed SMILF take on 6 seed Captain Morgan, while 2 seed Houston Dinkel will face off against 4 seed 100% That Commish.
The consolation bracket will now see 7 seed Keeping Up with the Jones’ matchup with 11 seeded Autodraft Bitches, and 8 seed Doc Browns Toilet Bowl taking on the 9 seed, Ginger Lightning.
