100% That Commish vs Ginger Lightning
It's a Week 5 matchup between the last two league champions. Ginger Lightning is coming off a disappointing Week 4 loss, and is hoping to right the ship. Ginger Lightning is currently 2-2 and is hoping to get back in the win column. Meanwhile, 100% That Commish is looking to go on another two game winning streak, after a close win in Week 4. 100% That Commish is 3-1 and is wanting to keep the momentum going. These two teams used to be divisional rivals, and the games were usually close, both in the regular season and the playoffs. Which way will history repeat this time around?
Team Pup-N-Suds vs Doc Browns Toilet Bowl
It's a Week 5 matchup between two teams coming off a loss. Team Pup-N-Suds is currently sitting at 1-3 and is coming off a tough loss in Week 4 that has left them on the outside looking in. They're hoping to get back in to the win column in Week 5. Team Pup-N-Suds is 6-3 all time versus their Week 5 opponent, Doc Browns Toilet Bowl. Despite having the highest scoring quarterback of Week 4 in Patrick Mahomes, Doc Browns Toilet Bowl still got wiped out in Week 4. They need a bounce back win in a big way in order to stay afloat in the top half of the league. It's still early in the season, but it feels like do-or-die for both of these teams going in to Week 5.
DINKEL 3.16 vs Autodraft Bitches
This Week 5 matchup is between two teams on the upswing. DINKEL 3.16 is now 2-2, and they're on a two game winning streak. Strong showings in Week 3 and Week 4 from the Bills have helped DINKEL 3.16 have a very similar outcome, due to half of their roster being comprised of players from Buffalo. On the flipside, Autodraft Bitches just got their first win of the season in Week 4, and they're hoping that this might be their opportunity to get win number two. It's been a struggle for Autodraft Bitches so far, losing every one of their divisional games, so interdivisional games are their chance to build up their resume and get some wins before the end of the season. Will the trend continue?
Houston Dinkel vs The Dictatorship
We're not saying that The Dictatorship is up a creek without a paddle, but the past few weeks have not been kind to the current last place team. The Dictatorship has struggled at the quarterback position this season, but with Justin Fields recently named the starter for Chicago, maybe their fortunes will turn. Meanwhile, Houston Dinkel is coming off a huge Week 4 win over the current first place team, and is hoping to parlay that success into another win. While Houston Dinkel isn't necessarily a powerhouse team yet, it's a team on the rise and definitely a dangerous team. Will the underdog prevail, or is another win in the cards for the team from Houston?
Captain Morgan vs Keeping Up with the Jones'
It's 3 vs 11 in this Week 5 matchup. Captain Morgan finally got their first win of the season in Week 4, and in an impressive fashion with the highest score of the week. Going in to Week 5, they're going to once again ask Tyreek Hill to put the team on his back and carry them to a victory. The only issue for Captain Morgan is their Week 5 opponent, the third ranked Keeping Up with the Jones'. While they are currently on a two game losing streak, Keeping Up with the Jones' still projects to win this game handily, thanks to a balanced lineup and arguably one of the best quarterback / running back duos on any team in the Aarons, Jones and Rodgers. Will the wins continue for Captain Morgan? Or will Keeping Up with the Jones' stop their slide in to the loss column?
Leknid Lunatics vs SMILF
Leknid Lunatics had a great Week 4 showing, winning their game handily by almost 35 points. It was another big win for the former champs, who are now on a three game winning streak. Leknid Lunatics now faces the top team in the league, SMILF Despite being handed their first loss of the season, SMILF still holds that number one ranking in the league and is hoping that their Week 4 loss was just a blip on the radar as they continue in to the season. Will Leknid Lunatics continue on their winning streak? Or will SMILF right the ship and get back to their winning ways?
