Now, 100% That Commish needs to hope that Jalen Hurts can turn it around after missing his projected total by 16.27 points. Meanwhile, Houston Dinkel is on a three game winning streak and now sits at the top of the rankings. They'll need Leonard Fournette to live up to projections, after missing them by 10.23 points in Week 8. But Houston Dinkel is also facing a rough bye week issue with both starting wide receivers out. Doc Browns Toilet Bowl vs Autodraft Bitches
Autodraft Bitches grabbed a win in Week 8, despite a down week for Nick Chubb, who missed his projected point total by 9.23 points. Now Autodraft Bitches looks to continue that winning momentum against one of the top teams in the league. Despite a Week 8 loss, Doc Browns Toilet Bowl still remains at the top of the Vaxxed and Waxed division. But with poor performances from Patrick Mahomes, who missed his projections by 21.99 points, along with James Robinson and Dalton Schultz, Doc Browns Toilet Bowl has to hope that the Week 8 loss was just a fluke and they can get back on track. It's a surprising Week 9 matchup that could have big ramifications down the road.
Captain Morgan vs Ginger Lightning
Ginger Lightning brings a two game losing streak in to Week 9. It was a rough Week 8 for the reigning league champ, with Kyler Murray underperforming by 25.29 points, plus poor performances from D'Andre Swift and DeAndre Hopkins. Ginger Lightning now faces bye week issues and will have to get creative in Week 9. For Captain Morgan, Week 8 was a victory of very narrow proportions, winning by just over 3 points. Despite a lacking performance by Kenneth Gainwell, who underperformed by 10.72 points, Captain Morgan is now on a two game winning streak going in to Week 9. Both of these teams are coming off rough Week 8 losses and are hoping to get a Week 9 victory. Team Pup-N-Suds saw a couple of underperformers in Kyle Pitts and Devonta Smith, both who missed projections by 13 points. Team Pup-N-Suds will now get back Lamar Jackson, which should give them a needed boost in Week 9. Leknid Lunatics vs Keeping Up with the Jones'
Leknid Lunatics is coming off a rough Week 8 loss where victory was snapped away from them at the last minute. Quarterback Justin Herbert missed his projected Week 8 point total by 11.87 points, leading Leknid Lunatics to their second consecutive loss. Meanwhile, their Week 9 opponent, Keeping Up with the Jones', is now on a two game week winning streak. No team was hit harder by underperforming players in Week 8 than SMILF, who saw four players put up single digit points, including Travis Kelce and Justin Jefferson both missing projections by over 15 points. SMILF will hope that this was just a weird alignment of the stars and that they can get back to winning in Week 9. On the other side of the field, The Dictatorship may have suffered the biggest loss of the week. Despite a Week 8 victory, The Dictatorship saw their workhorse running back Derrick Henry go down for the season after missing projections by 13.77 points. It's now time to rally the team and keep on winning despite injuries. It's a big Week 9 matchup for these two teams, but only one can walk away with a victory.
